missing options in Register view in DEBUG mode

Hi guys,
in version 10.4.2 of the IDE some of the 'Views' appear to have changed their options.
When debugging a program the "REGISTER" view no longer has a "Format => " option.
so i can no longer view the REGISTER data as HEX (default is decimal). This option was
present in 9.9.2. Am i missing something? is their a way to customise the menus and
re-enable this feature?.

Right clicking on a REGISTER produces the following menu

Select All
Copy Registers
Enable etc...

but the "FORMAT" sub option is missing.
