hi,
Does anyone know the voltage range the x-c1 accepts on its input pins?
I have a 1.8V signal I'd like to input. Not sure if I need a level shifter.
Thanks!
x-c1 input pins voltage levels?

Have you tried the data sheet for the XS1-G4?

Thanks for the suggestion!
For reference:
it's -0.3V to 2.0V for low
and 2V to 5.5 for high

That's not entirely correct.tank_zinatra wrote:Thanks for the suggestion!

A low signal will be guaranteed between -0.3 and 0.8V.
A high signal will be guaranteed above 2.0V.
This means that between 0.8V and 2.0V is undefined!

Yes you need to reach under 0.8V for a low and over 2V for a high. So this means you will need some sort of level shifter to interface your hardware. It may be possible to do it using two resistor but i do not recommend doing that for anything more than a quick test and even that only for really low frequencys. Just get a buffer.
