I am getting the following error dialog when I plug my XMOS board into my Windows computer :
XMOS USB Audio 2.0 ST
An error has occurred. The internal error description is:
“OnDeviceNotification: TUSBAUDIO_ReadDeviceNotification -> 0xEE000022”

The most likely cause of this problem is that multiple instances of the driver are installed or configured.
The easiest solution is as follows :
- Unplug the device
- Download and run USB Dev View from (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html).
Note under Windows 8 you need to right click on the executable and choose “Run As Administrator”.
- Select all entries for “XMOS XS1-L8(ST)”
- Right click and choose Uninstall Selected Devices
- Ensure the Thesycon device driver is installed
- Plug in the USB device
