Hi, i have been wondering for some time now, about the true nature of the chip i have on my XP-SKC-SU1 1v1 DJ Kit. It may sound stupid, but i have no idea what the chip really is.
According to http://www.xmos.com/en/products/reference-designs/dj, the board is built on the 6 core XS1-U6, for which the datasheet can be found there : https://www.xmos.com/en/download/public ... 61F%29.pdf
According to the file XP-SKC-SU1-BOM.xls or XP-SKC-SU1-BOM.pdf, which can be downloaded there : https://www.xmos.com/en/published/xp-sk ... sign-files, the chip is actually a XS1-SU1-FB96, for which the datasheet can be found there: https://www.xmos.com/en/download/public ... 99A%29.pdf.
I know that some terms of use by XMOS have been deprecated, but my main concern is that those 2 datasheet refer to processors that have a different number of cores (6 cores for U6, 8 cores for U1), so they are probably not the same chip. Any reply would be welcome. Thanks!

The device on the DJ kit is XS1-U8A-64-FB96. You can find the device data sheet from the following link : https://www.xmos.com/en/download/public ... 19F%29.pdf
