I was comparing the pin placement between the RPI and the startkit and despite finding that it doesn't hang over the pi but sits to one side, I discovered a set of solder pads along the back edge called TP1.
Am I missing something because I could not find anything in the document about it!
What is TP1? cannot find it in the hardware guide.

It gives access to the JTAG signals of the board.
It is mainly used by XMOS to test and burn the firmware on the board before shipping.
It is not meant to be used by end users in general because there is already a debugger on the board.
TP1 can be found in the schematics in the hardware guide though.
