Hello.

I am hobbyst.
How I can make development board with minimum cash costs?
It should be circuit based chip in 64LQFP with some LED's and buttons.
A board must have the simplest method of boot.

Is there any recommendations?

The xmos pcb reference design is a good starting point.

Yes, I know this .pdf.
But I do not understand how this kit connect and boot from PC.
Should I have XTAG-2 debug adapter?
Or there are other ways to boot this kit?

Include the XTAG2 interface and buy an XTAG2.

If you are brave enough for low-level stuff and you just need a way to get your software into the XMOS you may want to have a look into this thread: http://xcore.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f= ... hilit=jtag

But most probably you want to use an XTAG2, it's integrated into the development tools very well. And it makes debugging much easier.
