XR-USB-AUDIO-2.0-MC PCB Files

Greetings,
I opened the supplied files in PADS version 9.3.1 and get the following errors:
I searched the zip files and could not find the file listed in the setup:
Y:\Boards\PADS\Libraries\DxDatabook\XMOS DxDataBook Configuration.dbc
Is there somewhere I can get this file?
