Tsvetan at Olimex might do something similar, if people ask for it. SFE sells lots of their boards, so he probably knows all about it. There is a scheme on the PIClist for the best design submitted each month to win a free prototype PCB from Olimex, I've won it a couple of times. Anyone else may then buy their own copies of the winning PCBs. The winners don't get any money from the sales, but it wouldn't be difficult for them to extend the scheme.
