USB Audio L2 spdif/aes rx?

Post by radaudio »

Hi,

I am testing the new software release (v6.5.1) for xmos multichannel reference design board. I can see that the spdif rx is disabled in software, which is also described as unsupported in the release notes.

I am wondering if spdif rx is on the roadmap of the audio software development for the L2 devices? I am also wondering about spdif - aes/ebu rx compatibility of the older release. Anyone have any experience?

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

greg

It is certainly on the road-map to re-instate this functionality. We have currently been concentrating on adding functionality such as DSD rather than maintaining these functions.
