boot from xlink

Post by etori90 »

Hi , I need help for booting Xcore 200 board from other Xcore 200 board
There is no problem running two boards at xTimecomposer.
but when i try flashing, Console shows it was flahsed successfully but nothing happens.

I connected two boards by Xlink 0 ( xsys connector) and 3.9k pull up resistor is strapped onto the X0D06 Pin of Slave board.

This is console message

xflash: Warning: F03148 --quad-spi-clock not given, using default 15.62MHz

I don't see why it shouldn't work.

Can you provide more information about how you are linking the boards? Signal integrity is crucial. Assuming you are wiring the boards together the links should be short and there have to be plenty of short ground links between the boards.

Take a look here too: link.

Thank you!
I referred to that link.
The difference is that I connected XL0 between two boards, not to XTAG.
As i know XL0 is related with xscope not flashing , is this right?
should i connect XL0 to XTAG ?
