schematic symbols / pcb footprints

Hi,

Does anyone know if the schematic symbol / pcb footprint for xmos devices (especially the XS1-G4 512BGA) are available for other software apart from dx designer? ".bxl" file would be especially useful as this can be easily transferred to many other formats using ultra-librarian...
