Desktop Tools 10.4.2: Bad dmg for Mac?

Hi!
Just downloaded the current dmg of the Desktop Tools on my Mac, but the disk image can't be activated.
Am I alone?
This is my first time install on a Mac (but not my first Mac, I'm not completely dumb ;) ).
OS is Mac OS X 10.6.4
