Which target hardware is right for XVF3510?

Hello,
I have dev kit for XVF3510 (XK-XVF3510-L7I-AVS) and want to write firmware on it with xTIMEcomposer.
When I make new project, setting window pops up as shown in the attachment.
Then, I don't know which target hardware should I choose for the XVF3510 chip.
Is there anybody who can help me?
