L1 weak pull question

Are there weak pull up's or down's on 1 bit inputs, or a 4 bit input pin?
Are the pull up's or down's active while RST_N is asserted low (L1 in reset)? (This is what I really need to know)

Sorry for the long time it's taken me to respond. I've been on holiday.
The pull up/downs should not be used to ensure a specific external voltage level. If you need a low or a high voltage level externally, you should use an external pullup/down that is strong enough to override the internal one.
That said, from memory, the pulldowns are not active during reset. They activate after reset when the ports and links are not in use, and when specifically enabled by the port.
