Usb Audio Class 2.0 mc ref kit support under Ubuntu.

Hi,

I'm trying to add support for the Audio Class ref kit under Ubuntu. The latest version is supposed to have the Audio Class 2.0 support.

Out of the box, it doesn't work.

I was wondering if anyone tried to do that.

Otherwise, it's driver debug time!
