xtag-3 connected to none

I designed my own audio board with XU208-128-TQ64,All power and clock come but XTAG-3 can not connect to device.
This is what I get, when I run xrun -l:

Hi. Can you post your power supply details and reset supervisor portion of your design? Do confirm the SMD assembly of the CPU - can you x-ray the PCBA?

The device has worked,I finally found I connected the wrong JTAG line. Now There is a new issue occurred under 45M/49M Mclk, I will create a new topic.
