about XK-USB-MIC-UF21 with Raspberry Pi

Hello.

I have a trouble that I couldn't connect a mic array module "XK-USB-MIC-UF21" to Raspberry Pi.
After connecting to Raspberry Pi with USB, but Raspberry Pi could not recognize XK-USB-MIC-UF21.

As for my understanding, with Raspberry Pi's default driver, Raspberry Pi can find the mic array module XK-USB-MIC-UF21 automatically, but it couldn't do so that.

Do I need an another after installed driver for Raspberry Pi for connecting with the mic array module.

please guide for me.
