Boot XC-1 via XLink from XC-1A?

Hi All,

I've got an XC-1 board that I bought sometime last year. At the time, I was working on getting it to boot via SPI flash, and I was never very successful. I actually bought an XC-1A to simplify things, and for the improved power options. However, since I've been more focussed on one project lately, I'm not really using the XC-1.

I've been trying to figure out if it's possible for the XC-1 to be booted via an XLink from the XC-1A. Would anyone be willing to give me a bit of guidance on this? The power sequencing might be a problem, but my impression is that I could make the FTDI chip happy by enumerating it. Given that, does the rest have potential to work?
