I was wondering if i can use the XTAG1 i got with my XC-2 kit with a custom XS1-L1 based board... I am awared of the power pins stuff but i want to know if it would programm correctly.

I have used XTAG1 with XK-1 and XK-1A and various custom boards; works
fine with all (you do need an external power supply for the target board).
