FT2232 JTAG to flash XMOS devices

Postby octal » Fri Feb 04, 2011 11:22 am

I just wanted to know if it's possible to use a normal JTAG based on an FT2232 to flash and (more important) debug XMOS devices (both the XS1 and G4) from XDE ?

if not, is (or will) the firmware of the XTAG2 be available anywhere?

The XC-1A board has a FT2232 and you can program and debug, so yes it is possible. The spakfun board has also a similar device.
