There is already a "report this post" button on the forum in which you can mark items as spam and it gets a big flag next to it.

I decided the priority for this was very high so I went ahead and set it as my first task of the week:
I've implemented a new spam filter on pretty much any "comment" style section around the site.
It "learns" what is spam and what is not, so there may be a few mistaken posts over the next few days. Let me know if this happens I'll allow your content to be posted.
